Estimated Delivery Time

At MiHub, we value your time and aim to ensure that your products reach you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the details about our estimated delivery process.

1. Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan through our trusted logistics partners.

2. Estimated Delivery Duration

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days within major cities.
• Remote Areas: 5–7 business days depending on location.
• During Sales or Promotions: Delivery times may extend due to high order volume.

3. Delivery Schedule

Orders are processed and dispatched between Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email. You can use this number to check the delivery status directly through our logistics partner’s website.

5. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, certain factors may cause delays — such as bad weather, traffic restrictions, national holidays, or incorrect shipping details. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed in such cases.

6. Delivery Charges

A standard delivery fee of Rs.200 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

7. Package Condition

Please ensure the parcel is sealed and undamaged before accepting delivery. If you find any tampering or broken seal, kindly refuse to accept the parcel and inform our support team immediately.
