Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Delivery Locations

MiHub delivers nationwide across Pakistan.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made between 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary during sales or promotions.

MiHub is not responsible for delays or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control such as incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or weather conditions. However, we will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes or delays.

Delivery Charges

Due to increasing logistics costs, a flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders.

Receiving Your Order

All MiHub packages are securely sealed before dispatch. Upon delivery, please inspect the package for signs of damage or tampering. If you find the package compromised, do not accept it and request the courier to return it. A replacement will be arranged promptly.

Customers are advised to record a short video while unboxing their order. This serves as proof in case of a damaged or incomplete delivery. Refunds or replacements for damaged items will only be processed if a clear unboxing video is provided.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify MiHub Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

Change of Delivery Address

Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed. To update your address, please cancel the order before dispatch and place a new one. Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed in accordance with

MiHub’s refund policy.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

Advance Payment for High-Value COD Orders

Orders above Rs. 50,000 placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) may require an advance payment for confirmation. The advance amount and payment method will be communicated upon order placement. This amount is non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • COD orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds for canceled prepaid orders may take 10–15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refund charges or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Note: Please do not accept parcels with broken seals or signs of tampering.
