Refund & Return Policy
At MiHub, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for every customer. You can request an exchange or refund in the following cases:
1. Wrong Product Received
- If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately.
- Return the product to our warehouse after confirmation.
- Once the returned product is received and verified, the correct product will be dispatched or your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.
- All original items such as receipts, labels, price tags, and accessories must be included.
2. Damaged Product Received
- If your order arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement.
- You must provide a video proof showing the unboxing of the parcel from the start (before opening the delivery packaging).
- Videos recorded after unboxing or without proper proof will not qualify for a refund.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued after verification by our quality assurance team.
Important Notes:
- Do not accept parcels that appear tampered with or have a broken seal.
- Refunds or exchanges are only handled by the official MiHub support team through our website.
- For hygiene reasons, fabric-based products (such as wearable straps items) cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
